Cyber Liability and Crime Claims Management

DESCRIPTION: Cyber crimes are a rising threat to all businesses. Cyber claims are not only increasing but they are shifting away from data breaches and moving towards other types of crimes. This program will cover the uniqueness of senior living operations and the exposures. Privacy breech protection always remains a concern but we will also discuss ever increasing threats from impersonation and fund transfer fraud, ransomware and extortion. How and when insurance programs typically respond under both cyber and crime policies will be reviewed.
