Huddles: They’re Not Just for Falls

DESCRIPTION: The concept of convening a huddle after a resident falls has proven to be a successful means of communication and fall prevention. The format of a huddle and the way it is used can also be helpful for other important and complex resident care problems such as behavior management. This webinar will discuss the components of a huddle, how to conduct huddles for various events and methods for taking the information from huddles to help with risk management strategies.
