DESCRIPTION: When it comes to assisting residents with mobility most communities only depend on caregivers manually moving and positioning residents. There are methods, equipment and processes that can improve senior living communities’ capability in this area by determining the best ways to assist residents with moving and positioning while maintaining their dignity and preventing caregiver injuries. This webinar will explain the reasons for adopting a safe resident moving and positioning program, the elements needed and how to implement and sustain this program.
